We are a registered business in the State of Idaho, #D21323. Our Idaho Seller's Permit Number is 312385-S. Registration of a business under an assumed (DBA) name (ie: D & J Enterprises) with the Idaho Secretary of State has been a MANDITORY requirement in Idaho for many years. If any business sells tangible property, they are required to have an Idaho Seller's Permit and are required to collect Idaho Sales Tax on that property.

When interviewing any prospective contractor ask to see a copy of their Idaho business registration number and, if they also sell products, also ask for their Idaho Sales Permit. If they do not have an Idaho business registration number, they may not be a legal business in Idaho and you may not have any recourse in case of problems.

Remember, if someone offers you something that sounds "to good to be true," it usually is.
