The Enterprise™ phone can also be used with most Bluetooth compatible cell phones and some PDA's using the 
optional module (see photo). Any time your Bluetooth compatible cell phone is within range of the Bluetooth equipped Enterprise™ phone, your cell phone will be automatically connected and instantly be ready to make or receive calls through the Enterprise™ phone. When you take your paired Bluetooth compatible cell phone away, it will automatically disconnect from the Bluetooth module. No re-programming, cables, or manual docking required. The latest Bluetooth module can be paired up to 8 different cell phones, but only connects to one at a time. Detailed information about using the Bluetooth module and other technical assistance.
The Enterprise™ phone by itself cannot connect directly to external phones or systems without the addition of a Dock-N-Talk™ base unit. The Dock-N-Talk™ unit generates the required stand-by voltage, ring voltage, Caller ID, and amplification to operate external phones.
The Enterprise™ phone also supports all current and recent past Nextel phones.
The Nextel Push-to-Talk service is accessible with the Enterprise™ Phone
PhoneLabs calls this revolutionary feature "Flash-to-Talk™". The flash button on your connected regular corded or cordless telephones activates the Nextel Push-to-Talk functionality. This feature is only available if you use a cable connection to the Enterprise™ phone and is NOT available with a Bluetooth connection. Detailed explanation on Flash-to-Talk™.
There are two connecting cables for the Nextel phones, the MI1-L and the MI2/MI3-L. Be sure to indicate which Nextel phone you will be using to ensure you get the proper connecting cable.
