This 13 star "Betsy Ross" Flag was hand-made by webmaster's father in winter of 1967-68. It was then given to webmaster's son while he was stationed in Afghanistan in 2006 with the 1-183rd Aviation Battalion, Idaho Army National Guard. It flew over this operations building and subsequently was carried in combat on Apache helicopter missions by various air crews. It now resides back in Idaho in the permanent care of the webmaster's son.
