CELL-LINE is a complete and easy to install system that is designed to give dependable voice only phone service at locations where bringing in a land-line by a local phone company would either be cost prohibitive or physically impossible. A wireless "cell site" must be geographically in range for CELL-LINE to work. If there is absolutely no PCS, Cellular, or Nextel service available within the range of the location where you are needing phone service, then CELL-LINE will not work. However, CELL-LINE has successfully connected to cell sites as far as 50 miles.* You must specify the cell phone make & model and wireless carrier you plan to use. It is suggested that you contact your wireless carrier prior to ordering to determine if a boosted signal will reach their "cell site" from your planned location.
CELL-LINE, when properly installed, will allow you to dependably place and receive voice phone calls on any connected standard phone at your remote location.* The initial savings between CELL-LINE and bringing in a phone company wire-line could easily exceed $120,000 depending on your local phone company's installation fees. You will have instant voice communication and the cost for your property insurance could possibly go down because you now have a reliable phone to contact emergency services. Also, your friends and business associates won't have to remember a new phone number when you are at your remote location. They just dial your cell phone.

An additional external yagi antenna with a splitter or the use of an omni-directional antenna may be needed to hit multiple cellular carriers' cell sites. If you are planning to use multiple cell phones, please see the Wilson In-Building Repeater System below which may be more efficient than using a hard wired antenna connection if multiple cell phones plan to be used.
+An uninterruptable power supply (UPS) is suggested to maintain service if you have numerous power outages. CELL-LINE can also operate on 12v DC if there is no 110v AC power available. A required 12v DC to 9v DC adapter for the Dock-N-Talk and Enterprise Phone is available for under $20 if you plan to use this equpiment on 12v DC. The booster comes with a 12V DC cigarette lighter power cord.
++A dual-band booster is also available instead of the single band booster. Antenna installation is slightly different. A dual-band booster is not recommended for distances over 25 miles from the cell site.
COMPLETE WILSON IN-BUILDING REPEATER SYSTEM
COMPLETE PACKAGE - $1160 (plus $40 std S&H)
This system is useful for the home/small office or where multiple cell phones need to be used simultaneously. The external mounted yagi antenna and the inside antenna must be placed at least 75' "line-of-sight"apart. A metal roof is also highly recommended. This is to eliminate a possible "loop back" overload to the repeater which could damage the repeater. This package can be used with either the Dock-N-Talk or XLink for a complete wireless system.
*An Omni-directional antenna is available instead of the yagi antenna when connecting to more than one cell site location is required. The 75' "line-of-sight" requirement MUST be met when using this antenna. The signal gain is not as great when using an omni-directional antenna.
**A Dual-band flat panel wall mount antenna is also available.

*Actual range depends on terrain, location of your antenna, location and output power of the cell site, and weather conditions. You can NOT use the Dock-N-Talk or Enterprise Phone with computers, credit card readers, modems, fax machines, satellite TV, TiVO, or cable TV systems. However, some cell phones will connect directly to a computer allowing for Internet access over a cellular carrier's data network. The booster and external antenna part of the Cell-line system will also work in this application and with computer cellular data cards (not WiFi).
