This is a VERY large zipped file (over 16Mb) and will take a few minutes to download depending on your connection speed. The download link to the Pet Packet "zipped" file will only be available for 10 MINUTES from the date and time arranged when it will then be deactivated and the file will be removed from the server to avoid theft. Please send me your phone number with your order so that I can confirm the download.

Once you complete the download, open the “zipped” file and copy the entire “Pet Packet” file over to your “Documents” folder on your computer’s hard drive. (I also highly recommend copying this same uncompressed “Pet Packet” file on to a CD ROM for safe keeping.) Open and print out the "READ ME FIRST" document before continuing.
