ADDITIONAL ORDERING INFORMATION

Orders will usually ship within 1 to 5 business days of actual receipt of funds. We cannot guarantee that different products within a single order will ship or arrive on the same day(s) due to availability of equipment from various suppliers, shipping locations, and cut-off times these suppliers have with their carriers. If you must have your product by a certain date, please adjust for unforeseen delays. We will make every reasonable attempt to assist you in rush orders. If you need overnight shipping, pay through a PayPal account. A shipping & handling charge will be added to all orders.

All orders must be paid in FULL prior to shipment. You may pay with any major credit card or through PayPal. PayPal orders can be processed the fastest because we have the funds immediately. Credit card, check, and money order fraud is a national major problem so, ALL credit cards, cashier's checks, and money orders will be verified prior to finalizing orders. Orders paid by personal or company check may be delayed at our discretion to allow for those funds to clear your bank. Idaho sales tax applies to orders delivered to addresses within Idaho. Globalstar phones require credit approval from Globalstar USA, a signed contract, and activation prior to shipment.

All shipments that originate at our location will be shipped either via USPS or FedEx (usually ground) as per your delivery requirements. (I will not personally ship via UPS under any conditions.) Shipping charges to a US address can be billed to your FedEx account if you wish. Products drop-shipped from various suppliers will be sent by their carrier of choice. A shipping & handling charge will be added to all orders.

An order that starts out as a U.S. delivery and becomes an international delivery will then be considered an international order and all shipping and payment requirements for International orders will then apply. Please see International Shipping & Payment Information for International orders.

Any attempt at a fraudulent transaction will result in immediate notification to the FBI and the appropriate credit card company for investigation and your order will be canceled.

RETURN POLICY

Absolutely NO returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed on Globalstar equipment, International Sales, "Pet Packets," and after 15 days of receipt of any product, NO EXCEPTIONS!! By purchasing and accepting the delivery of the ordered product(s), the customer assumes all responsibility for proper application and intended purpose without recourse to D & J Enterprises. All returns must have our personal prior authorization and will be charged a minimum 20% restocking fee. We will supply you with our physical address for the return when you call. All returns must be in original like-new condition with all originally included packaging in like-new condition and must also include all cords, power supplies, accessories, and owner's manuals if applicable. Failure to include all these items in like-new condition will result in a lower or possibly no refund. There are no refunds on shipping charges. We will consider any returns without prior authorization as "Gifts" and they will be treated accordingly. Refusal of ordered shipments upon delivery will result in double the shipping and handling fees and a 20% restocking fee billed to you. All equipment is covered by the various manufacturers' warranties.
